I Have Voice app gives people who cannot move and speak the ability to communicate with the world. Its an alternative communication solution (AAC) for people suffering from later stages of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) or any other motor neuron disease (MND) which affects speech and motor abilities.

The app speaks aloud actions which user can select with their eyes. Actions cover most basic everyday peoples needs and emotions they want to express. Additionally, you can add your own custom actions.

Currently, the following actions are available by default:
- Im thirsty
- Im hungry
- I dont feel well
- I have pain
- I cant breathe
- Yes
- No
- Im happy
- Im not happy
- Roll me over
- I want to sleep
- I want to go outside
- I want to watch TV
- I want to to go to the toilet
- I want to lie down
- I want to sit up
- Switch the lights ON
- Switch the lights OFF

The "That was a mistake" action is also available to communicate a mistake the user did when selecting the previous action.

Actions can be selected either by looking at an action and holding the gaze on it for about 3 seconds or by blinking with one or both eyes when looking at an action.

The order of actions on the screen can be changed, as well as which action belongs to which screen. The navigation between screens is possible by activating "Next screen" action.

There are number of sensitivity settings (Settings -> Sensitivity) allowing to fine-tune the app for the specific needs of the person.

For optimal operation, it is important to position iPad or iPhone in front of the users face at the distance between 30 and 60 cm. The device should be positioned in portrait orientation and centered both vertically and horizontally relative to the users face. The users face should be illuminated with a sufficient amount of ambient light to make the app operate optimally.

An iPad Pro or iPhone model supporting TrueDepth Camera is required for the app to operate. Currently, following models are supported: iPad Pro 11, iPad Pro 12.9, iPhone X, iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max, iPhone Xr.

We conduct regular user testing to ensure optimal user experience. The app was developed under supervision of health-care professionals and meets ISO and W3C accessibility standards.
